Writing rates and hours

I know this topic comes up now and again...I did come across two charts that respectively list typical hours for select writing gigs and typical rates. I can't seem to attach here, so log onto the link: http://www.writingassist.com/

Scroll to the bottom of the page, first section on the left where it says downloads and look for the Estimating Guide and the Rate Chart.
